Internationally this is achieved by partnering with local industry and supporting local organisations. To ensure that the Britton Maritime ‘s Quality System is implemented correctly in such locations it also provides on site training for operators and maintenance personnel as well as the necessary ILS support to ensure high states of readiness for its craft.
BMS have service capabilities ranging from general outboard maintenance up to maintenance on craft up to 32 metres. We have trained and experienced personnel who have expert knowledge in diagnosing faults and can attend to all your servicing needs. BMS are authorised dealers for Mercury Marine, Yamaha Marine, Suzuki Marine, Honda Marine and Yanmar engines.
BMS maintains close relationships with technical specialists in such areas as GPS and navigational equipment, fibreglass construction, naval architecture, shipwright services and industry best technicians in the area of marine gearboxes, outboards, diesel propulsion, hypalon and rubber systems. These relationships not only ensure the best support to our customers but also provide them with access to cutting edge and innovative technology as it becomes available.
BMS have two mobile vans travelling between Eden and Coffs Harbour, performing service and support for our customers and sub contractors. These vans are well equipped with specialised tooling, spare parts, electronic diagnostic equipment for all brands of outboard motors, electronic spare parts and workshop manuals and qualified marine mechanics who are constantly updated on service training. BMS has over 150 support agents within New South Wales and our network team can be utilised for the purpose of maintenance / service support of our products.
